Lessons Learned Making Open Table Formats Enterprise-Ready
As ever-increasing amounts of data are stored in cloud object stores, new technical and logistical challenges have arisen. Table formats, such as Apache Iceberg, have become a popular and efficient way to address these challenges.
In this session, we will talk about why we think Iceberg is the leading open table format, and share lessons we learned in our effort to make it enterprise-ready with the Data Cloud.
